As the Sales Operations Maestro, you'll be the daily orchestrator of our retail symphony. You'll be the go-to person for our dedicated Sales Associates and Leads, guiding them through daily operations, managing breaks and lunches, ensuring adherence to store policies, and handling all the nitty-gritty details that keep things running smoothly. With your expert-level knowledge of our products and services, you'll be the fountain of wisdom, sharing your expertise with both customers and associates alike.

But it doesn't stop there! You'll be the champion of team member development, spearheading everything from initial interviews to performance reviews. With your keen eye for detail, you'll ensure our store systems and processes are executed flawlessly, while always keeping a pulse on our daily sales goals. Together with our Visuals and Inventory teams, you'll ensure our store is stocked to perfection and develop innovative inventory systems to boost efficiency.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Ensure that every customer is treated with our highest level of customer service, develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Be daily first point of contact for Sales Associates and Leads and manage ALL daily operations(breaks, lunches, staffing, opening/closing procedures, store policies, deposits, etc)
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of all products and services
  • Ensure proper team member development(first interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, training system, etc.)
  • Ensure that store systems and processes are followed correctly
  • Ensure that daily sales goals are communicated and documented
  • Ensure that store is properly stocked (with help of Visuals and Inventory teams)
  • Develop and maintain inventory systems to increase accuracy and efficiencies (assist from Inv. Manager)
  • Maintain team schedules
